2. Write down your policy number(s) and Insured's name(s) on the back of the cheque
3. Mail your cheque and the Payment Slip to our office at Suite 1208, 12/F, Tower 6, The Gateway, 9 Canton Road, Tsimshatsui, Hong Kong

Cheque Deposit Machine (CDM)*

1. Deposit your premium-payment cheque through the CDM at any branch of Bank of China (HK)
2. Select the YF Life bill, then enter Bill Type, your policy number and cheque amount to complete the procedure
