YF Life opens all-new Customer Service Center in Macau

Today, in line with its proactive business development strategy, YF Life Insurance International Ltd. (YF Life) is relocating its Macau Branch Office to the Finance and IT Center of Macau on Avenida Doutor Mario Soares. At the same time a brand-new Customer Service Center is being opened in the same location to provide customers with more comprehensive, efficient and professional insurance services.

Located at Avenida Doutor Mario Soares No. 320, Finance and IT Center of Macau, 8 Andar A, the new Customer Service Center is ideally situated in a Grade A office tower in the central business district of Macau, conveniently close to a major transportation hub. The décor is characterized by a contemporary minimalist style, creating a relaxing and spacious ambience. There customers can enjoy a range of services provided by Customer Service Officers, including policy enquiries and changes, underwriting services, payment services and general enquiries. In addition, separate meeting rooms are available for customers to enjoy the services in a tranquil and comfortable environment.
